SKILLS MANAGEMENT

Skills management practice at ASTAB Engineering is to evaluate, develop and deploy employees and their skills into various projects. For a given list of required skills, skill level is developed and the employees’ skills are reflected in a skill matrix. ASTAB Engineering uses the skill matrix to measure the skill level of an individual employee and is further used to measure against the specific project requirement. Skill management is an ongoing process, where employees’ skill sets are assessed and updated regularly.
